Service Description

NexusCarsWoking provides taxi and private hire transportation services in Woking, Surrey, and surrounding areas, including airport transfers and corporate transportation.

Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before pickup time
• Late cancellations may incur charges
• We reserve the right to refuse service

Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• No smoking, drinking, or illegal substances in vehicles
• Clean up any mess and report any damage
• Provide accurate pickup and destination information

Liability

Our vehicles are fully insured for public liability. However, we are not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left in vehicles
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Pricing

Our pricing is competitive and transparent. Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond the included free waiting period
• Additional stops not arranged in advance
• Cleaning fees for vehicle damage or excessive mess
• Tolls and parking fees where applicable
